Service Description
An intensive online program designed for healthcare professionals to master Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). This curriculum combines video-based instruction with practical simulations over a focused 14-day schedule to ensure clinical competency. Sessions are focused on ECG Interpretation, Airway Management, H's & T's of Cardiac Arrest, ACLS Concepts made easy, Team dynamics & Closed Loop Communication, and Practical Megacode Scenarios.

Cancellation Policy
Booking Rules All bookings must be made online through the CodeMed website. Bookings are confirmed only after successful submission of the booking form. Client must select an available date and time from the available slots. Walk-in or verbal bookings are not accepted. Advance Booking Sessions can be booked up to 2 weeks in advance. Booking for in-person training of staff of the institution closes 48 hours before the session starts, but for the Online training, booking ends 1 hr before the session starts. Late booking requests may be considered only if slots are available. Cancellation Policy Client may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the session. Cancellations made within 24 hrs of the session are non-refundable. Failure to attend without prior notice is considered a "no show" and may result in loss of payment and no certification. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the booked session. Each booking can only be rescheduled once unless otherwise approved. Payment & Confirmation Some services may require full or partial payment at the time of booking. Bookings are only confirmed after payment (where applicable). Payment details may be required to secure a slot, even for free sessions. Attendance Policy Clients are expected to join sessions on time and with their cameras on. A grace period of 10 to 15 minutes may be allowed depending on the course type. Late arrival beyond the grace period may result in cancellation of the session without refund or certification. Only persons who attend the 2-week intensive sessions will be eligible for certification. Group Sessions & Training Courses Group bookings are subject to availability and maximum participant limits. CodeMed reserves the right to reschedule or merge classes if the minimum enrolment is not met.
